There's a pretty in-depth story about the origins of Poppo Kanteen (apparently Poppo was a trailblazer in a Batu Pahat secondary school canteen who wanted to bestow upon school kids healthy Malaysian food), but fast forward to the present and Poppo Kanteen is now most famous for its nasi lemak. The usual range of local dishes and beverages are also on the menu.
