If you’re looking for the complete New Year’s dining package, Fraser’s Residence offers a barbecue buffet dinner at their all-day-dining eatery Relish Restaurant and a countdown celebration at Sky Gym, which is inclusive of a drink. At the dinner, expect to feast on dishes such as roasted whole lamb with aromatic herbs, chicken and beef satay, fish fillet with lemon caper sauce and more. The dinner is available from 6.30-10.30pm while the countdown party starts at 10.30pm.
