Rendez-Vous New Year's Eve dinner

Go French this New Year's Eve and have mini love apple with foie gras and ginger bread, salmon and scallops tartare on top of green pea mousse, snails with garlic cream on top of spinach, thick-cut salmon with sorrel and broccolis mousse, roasted duck breast with mushroom and caramelised apples, and a mix of desserts served with rum.
