RUYI & LYN is serving five set menus and six Gourmet Celebration Menus this Chinese New Year, alongside à la carte specialties. The menus feature dishes like braised lobster, seared foie gras, roast duck with truffle jus, river prawn steamed with champagne and more; while à la carte specialties include ginseng chicken broth, pan-seared lamb rack and clay pot rice with smoked duck and waxed meat. There are also various types of yee sang to choose from, including yee sang with champagne, lobster sashimi or edible gold and sea caviar.
