RUYI & LYN Mother's Day menu

RUYI & LYN will be offering three different set meals to celebrate Mother’s Day. Menu 1 is a seven-course set for four people, with highlights like braised fish maw broth and wok-fried lobster. Menu 2 is an eight-course meal for six with dishes like pan-seared foie gras and signature salted mountain abalone. The eight-course Menu 3 for ten includes deepfried soft-shell crab with lemon butter sauce and duck braised with wine and served with sea cucumber.
