Located on the second floor of Jaya One, Sae Ma Eul is easily found by the blaring K-pop tunes and giant posters of South Korean celebs by its entrance. The Korean barbecue joint is known for its wallet-friendly prices and generous portions. It’s a winning formula: efficient service, reasonable pricing, decent fare. Usually crowded on weekends, there’s almost always a queue for a table at Sae Ma Eul. Pork belly, chicken and beef sets are decent, but we say go for the baby octopus. Don’t miss the grilled rice ball – it’s a fun little DIY where you don plastic gloves to shape the nori and rice into little rice balls to be barbecued.
