Couple Japanese techniques and speedy service delivered with the 'omotenashi' spirit, and what you get is Senya Sake and Dining. Menu highlights include Hokkaido pork don with ontama, chicken ball, edible wild plants bukkake cold udon, spicy ramen and vegetable tempura. Wash all that down with the restaurant's sake, shōchū and beer. If you're looking to do more, Senya played host to a sushi-making workshop previously, so fingers crossed that they'll organise another.
