Shang Palace's a la carte menu sees entries like poon choi, braised bird’s nest soup with lobster meat and shredded fish maw, Canadian lobster duet, wok-fried scallops and stuffed spiked sea cucumber with shrimp sauce and more. If you’re in a group of four to ten people, you can opt for the eight- or nine-course prosperity menus: choose from Great Prosperity, Rich Fortune, Happy Reunion, Wealth Treasures and Immense Wealth. All menus begin with yee sang and end with steamed ninko coated with nuts and deep fried sesame balls.
Yee sang varieties include Korean snow pear, crispy fish skin, jellyfish flower, salmon, Japanese tuna, sliced abalone, geoduck clam and Canadian lobster.
