Sitka Valentine’s Day special

Celebrate! is a monthly themed supper club that incorporates food, wine and cinema all into one night. February’s theme for Celebrate! is inspired by the cult film ‘In the Mood for Love’ and with the universal colour for love being red, the menu is filled with splashes of the colour. There’s salt-baked beetroot, smoked chicken with mushroom ketchup, and organic strawberries with mascarpone ice cream for dessert. The meal will end with a bespoke cocktail.
