Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara brings you the ‘Flavours of Morocco’ promotion in cooperation with the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco in Kuala Lumpur. Moroccan guest chef, Gari Abdel from Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche has been invited to showcase authentic Moroccan dishes such as Shorba Khodar with Lemon, Artichoke Violet M’charmel, Gambas Mçharmel, a variety of tanjin and more.
At Kwee Zeen, the Moroccan dishes will be available during lunch buffet from Aug 1 - 9 and in the Taste of Oceana spread every Friday, Aug 2 and 9.
If you are interested to learn how to create authentic Moroccan dishes, you can take the Moroccan Masterclass. The masterclass will be followed by lunch at Nizza. The restaurant will also be having a French Moroccan Set Dinner for a more private Moroccan experience.
