Impress your date with a Valentine's Day meal that also comes with a Polaroid photograph and – surprise – nail art! Start the night with terrine of foie gras with cherry compote, Kriek beer jelly and gingerbread crumble, or Tasmanian salmon tartare with herbs, lime, chilli and gingerflower sorbet.
