This November, Michelin-starred chef Jeff Ramsey of 'fun dining' restaurant Babe is presenting a new dining experience featuring his signature Japanese-accented tapas. From Nov 17 to Dec 14, book a table at Chef Ramsey's Sushi Babe pop-up at The Apartment KLCC, his newest dining concept.
Expect an exclusive 17-course omakase dinner menu (RM398++ per person; prepared personally by Chef Ramsey no less) at the Sushi Bar which seats six guests at a time, as well as a la carte and set menus in the Dining Room. The omakase menu will also be available for lunch on Fridays and Saturdays (11am-2pm).
Dishes to look out for: decadent uni, ikura, king crab and buttered rice with konbu; Japanese grunt skin with kinome; miso-marinated and grilled beltfish; sumi squid with shiso and plum; 1000-year-old cedar-smoked jack fish and more.
Take note that Babe will be undergoing a refresh at its Clearwater address and will be back at the end of the year with a new menu and interiors. Bookings are now open.
