Using homemade sauces, chilli oil and condiments made from scratch, TAFT stays true to its artisan concept. Expect Chef Adilah's signature dishes such as fusion black ink squid pasta, fettuccine in cream sauce, penne prawn pesto and pan-grilled oregano lamb. Most dishes are available in three levels of hotness: 'not so spicy', 'quite spicy' and 'fiery hot'. Local set meals the likes of masak lemak kayu tempoyak and masak asam pedas tenggiri are also available.
