The café will be serving more than just coffee and cakes this Christmas. The folks at THIRDWAVE have designed a fivecourse Christmas feast featuring appetisers such as golden polenta chips with vanilla mayonnaise, butter bean with grilled squid and warm spiced squash soup. Settle down to mains and choose from beef wellington with glazed carrots or sous vide olive oil and liquorice-poached salmon with festive cranberry and Brussels sprouts salad. For dessert, there’s deconstructed sticky toffee pudding.
