Chef Theodor Falser, who was part of Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur's pre-opening team, is back for the hotel's tenth anniversary. The Michelin-star chef will be crafting gourmet Italian lunch and dinner menus using wild herbs and vegetables to recreate the traditional tastes of Italy. The lunch and dinner set menus will be available from April 18 to 24, while the one-night-only Tuscany wine dinner on April 21 features a seven-course dinner menu by the chef.
