Hotel Istana's European restaurant serves a plethora of jolly specialties with their Christmas Eve set menu. Expect terrine with layers of smoked salmon with sour cream and scallion purée, king crab with Granny Smith apple and the highlight – turkey ballotine served with mushroom tart, sautéed baby turnips, red cherry jus and beef bacon foam. For an additional RM80nett, each course will be served with wine.
