Celebrate with an abundance of Cantonese cuisine this Chinese New Year. The buffet line will feature a variety of good luck dishes such as Chinese longevity noodles, deep-fried whole fish, poon choy, roast duck with plum sauce, stir-fried black pepper crabs, and more. There will also be an extensive yee sang selection, such as king salmon and coral clams with percik sauce, soft-shell crab and butterfish, among others. For groups of ten persons or more, set menus are also available.
