Zuan Yuan Teochew promotion

Zuan Yuan's new Executive Chinese chef Lee Siew Hap presents popular Teochew favourites at the Chinese restaurant this March. Expect crispy spring roll and spice corned egg, wok-fried sliced whelks with bitter gourd and garden greens, poached rice with oyster and crispy rice and others. For dessert, have the lemon grass jelly, chilled avocado paste with cream aloe vera, and double boiled pear with osmanthus and honey.
