Victor, who owns Kheng’s Antique & Collectibles started collecting in the '60s, accumulating an impressive 180 pieces of clocks and timepieces. Later, his interests switched to postcards, where he amassed a sizeable amount of 4,000 pieces, now treasured in the hands of posterity and Arkib Negara.
