The Curve weekend market

The modest-sized flea market is a favourite haunt among intrepid collectors who are willing to forage through stalls in search of pre-loved goods, clothes, furniture and homemade crafts. Expend some energy in the process and you’ll find embroidered pillow cases, cushions, candles, place mats, potted plants and a mélange of decorative items to spruce up your home. It’s a pretty good market for those hoping to make interesting discoveries (we found a swimsuit vendor once) at affordable prices. Take refuge inside the Curve shopping mall if the sun starts to get to you, but with so many rare collectables to covet, who cares about the heat?
