This female-centric HIIT gym aims to provide holistic fitness programmes tailor-made to encourage physical and mental wellness as well as positivity. The classes here are led by highly-trained instructors and are suitable for participants of all ages. You can choose from two sessions – Tuesday morning (9.30am-11am) or Wednesday evening (7.45-9.15pm); remember to bring along your own shoes, yoga mats and dumbbells.
