Brewing Methods

Brewing Methods is a four-hour workshop where you’ll learn the different methods of making a perfect cup of coffee, including French press, Clever Dripper, V60, Chemex and the siphon method. At the end of the workshop, you have the option to sit for the Specialty Coffee Association of Europe (SCAE) certification exam for an additional RM200. Registrations must be made a week in advance.
