Supported by the Malaysian French Chamber of Commers & Industry, classes here are detailed and practical under the guidance of instructors master pastry chef Frederick Oger, master baker Christophe Gros and master sommelier Edouard Oger. They offer full-time and part-time programs, starting from RM3,700++ per month and RM500 per class respectively.
