If you're looking for artsy workshops this April, Th.Inc Academy has a few creative classes in store for you.
Play with versatile acrylic on April 16 and gain an understanding of colour, how to mix the paints and when to stop. You'll also learn how to paint on wood, cardboard and canvas, and return home with three pieces of your work.
If you're more watercolour-inclined, the three-hour watercolour workshop on April 20 will have you learning different techniques, painting still life, and learning how to frame your work. All materials such as paint, brushes, paper and of course, your work, will be given to you at the end of the class.
For more of an artistic challenge, join the two-day Arabic calligraphy course on April 30 and May 1 with professional calligrapher Zafuan Embong (his works can be seen at Terengganu's Islamic Heritage Park). You'll start with writing basic words in Arabic calligraphy to writing the alphabet in Jawi and sunbuli khat.
