The hectic city lifestyle doesn’t leave much time for workouts, but that’s no reason to be unfit, especially with the number of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes in the Klang Valley. These workouts are typically fast paced and consist of intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods to burn more fat in a shorter amount of time. It also boosts your metabolism for up to 48 hours, which means you’re burning fat even after leaving the gym. Here’s a round-up of places that offer some of these heart-pumping, fat-burning classes.

A trial membership only costs RM70, and allows you to use the gym’s amenities and attend classes as you like for an entire week.
