Learn how to appreciate the finer things in life with this cooking and wine pairing education event at classic pastry establishment, Pastry Institute of St Honoré. Chefs Frederic Oger, Paul Gardin and Nigel Richter will demonstrate how to prepare three-course meals and participants get a chance to have a go in the kitchen. Menus are meant to be replicated at home and participants will also receive a recipe booklet at the end of the day.
