Nalini Malani

Indian artist Nalini Malani’s monumental multimedia installations have achieved global recognition. Her powerful work rewrites Western and Eastern history while evoking both beauty and discomfort. This will be her largest survey exhibition to date, with almost 200 piece on show, from rarely seen watercolour diaries and black and white films to the major works that put her on the map: the 15-metre-long Mother India: Transactions in the Construction of Pain and the room-filling In Search of Vanished Blood.
