Real Venice

Renowned artists including Philip-Lorca diCorcia, Nan Goldin and Candida Höfer have contributed photographic images of Venice for a portfolio designed to raise funds for the Venice in Peril fund. The works on show are a response to the challenge to capture perhaps the most photographed but also one of the most threatened cities in the world and reflect the paradoxes and contrasts of the place. On November 3 an auction will be held at Phillips de Pury & Company.
