Death and Debauchery Tour

Murder, crime and disease are delivered in spades in the Death and Debauchery tour, where you'll hear gruesome tales of hangings, murder and grave-robbing, discover the most haunted theatre in London and the home of the two-headed boy of Bengal, as well as hearing about the 18th-century directory of ‘Covent Garden Ladies’ – rather like a Georgian Time Out for Prostitutes.

The best guided tour I ever had! I consider myself a pretty knowledgeable Londoner and having done quite a few tours in the past I didn’t expect to be blown away. Well, I was wrong. The tour was incredible.

Starting at the Dominion Theatre, you’ll walk around Soho and Covent Garden to discover all the gruesome and quirky details about London history – from the great plague and the rookeries to the first dildo shop and Madame Tussauds museum. Amazing.

And to make the experience even better, our guide was simply amazing. Tony Sweet is genuinely passionate about his home town and his honest enthusiasm will win you over in no time.

Would go again any time!
