If you love a Negroni Sbagliato (with prosecco in it!), thanks to Emma D'Arcy, or any kind of Negroni for that matter, the upcoming Negroni Week will be right up your alley. Coming to London and the UK from September 22-28, this global event from Campari and the publication Imbibe champions the famous cocktail, with Slow Food as its official charity partner. By celebrating the power of storytelling through creative mixology with Campari at its heart, Negroni Week is simply not to be missed.

From city-wide Negroni Lounges to live DJ sets from Mind Enterprises, there's plenty to see and do in and around the Big Smoke as a Negroni stan. Not in London? No worries, pay a visit to one of the 1,800 participating venues across the UK – check out various Rudy's Pizza, Franco Manca and The Alchemist sites – to sip your way around the nation! Find more UK venues here.

Keen to explore the best local spots for Negroni Week? Read on for our top Negroni Lounges in London.

1. The Alchemist Negroni Bar

After launching the Negroni Bar in collaboration with Campari, The Alchemist Monument offers an innovative tribute to this iconic brand. Inside, Campari-red lighting casts a warm glow across the space, while neon signs celebrate the timeless Negroni. You'll get the chance to try two new cocktails – one being the Negroni Paradiso, where even if you miss the event, you can try across Alchemist sites in September. And if all else fails, the nationwide £6 Negroni happy hour, from 6-7pm every weekday, should do the trick.

2. Equal Parts

Winning over locals with its cosy, intimate atmosphere is the friendly neighbourhood cocktail bar, Equal Parts. This September, they will unveil the Campari Negroni Lounge, just in time for Negroni Week – although it's said to be sticking around. Recently crowned Time Out's Best Bar in London (go figure), Equal Parts will also be donning some Aperitivo Digestivo attire and hosting weekly music nights throughout September. If you're coming for one day only, make it the 25th, where you'll catch a live set from viral Italo-Disco DJs, Mind Enterprises. Keep an eye out for when tickets go on sale! Negroni and a boogie? Sign us up.

3. Nessa

Nestled in the heart of Soho's vibrant members' club, 1 Warwick, is Nessa, a lively restaurant and cocktail bar that lends itself well to the upcoming Negroni Lounge pop-up for Negroni Week. Every Thursday across September, Campari's Nessa Salon will feature live music and drinks offers (yes please) alongside an incredible menu of British-themed Negronis – with a Nessa Twist, of course. From Earl Grey to rhubarb and cherry, your palette will be singing from the first sip. There's also a roster of events happening at 1 Warwick, including Campari Negroni masterclasses and a series of live DJ sets, so be sure to check the full schedule to plan your week. And yes, you'll have access even if you're not a member. Who doesn't love a win-win?

4. Bar Jackie

Paying homage to the concept that 'we all have our own personal icon', Bar Jackie embodies fun, joy and fabulousness in abundance. And since there is no bigger Italian aperitif icon than Campari herself, Bar Jackie at Broadwick Soho is inviting Londoners and beyond to celebrate Negroni Week at its very own Negroni Lounge across September and October. Here, you can enjoy a Campari cocktail and a cicchetti plate with cured meats, cheese, olives and homemade focaccia for just £19 – as well as a dedicated Negroni menu, where the Honeydew Negroni is a must-try. You can also book Negroni masterclasses, too! Come for the Negronis, stay for the vibes.

5. Nightjar Carnaby

It is the opinion of the team at Nightjar Carnaby that a week is simply too short to celebrate the Negroni. So they’re extending their celebrations for the entirety of the month, with the Negroni Lounge itself open until the end of September. The bespoke Negroni menu features an array of Negroni twists, as well as the perfectly balanced classic. What’s more, they’ll be hosting free live music every night until the end of the month!

6. Bar Brasso

This September, esteemed chef Robin Gill, will be opening his new Milanese Bar Concept called Bar Brasso. Located next door to Robin’s iconic Darby’s restaurant, Bar Brasso will be the new epicentre of Aperitivo Culture in Battersea. The team will be setting up a Campari Negroni Lounge to celebrate Negroni Week, a permanent fixture for Negroni lovers to enjoy long after the celebrations are over. And if you like the look of the Bar Brasso team’s bespoke Campari clothing, you can find similar items at Aperitivo Digestivo.

You can also book tickets for a special evening on September 26, where renowned Italo Disco DJs, Mind Enterprises, will be playing. But hurry, tickets are limited and guaranteed to sell fast!
