To celebrate the relaunch of our list of London's 100 best restaurants, we've invited some of our favourite chefs and restaurants to take over our @TimeOutLondon Instagram account.
Last week we handed the reins over to Bao and Martin Morales. This week we went full-throttle with snaps from Nuno Mendes from Chiltern Tavern and Taverna Do Mercado, Sami Tamimi from Ottolenghi, Ollie Dabbous, Jose Pizarro and Bruno Loubet from Grain Store.
Pastry chefs normally start making #cakes and #tarts at 5.30am and the last shift finishes at around 7pm. In the summer we tend to use berries all over. And these are some of the delicious salads for lunch! Beans with confit garlic and tomatoes. Aubergine with tahini, yoghurt, walnut and pomegranate. Roasted cauliflower with sultanas, red onion and fried capers. Wild and basmati rice with barberries, orange and almond.
