World Gin Day (AKA the best day of the year) is just two-and-a-half short weeks away, and the gin gods have blessed us with a boozy miracle. Between June 9-11, a G&T ice cream parlour is popping up at the courtyard of The Hoxton hotel. So that’s alcoholic ice cream eaten al fresco. Paradise, basically.
The brainchild of gin brand Gin Mare and ice cream aficionados Ruby Violet, this cold stuff will be infused with botanicals and sprinkled with crystallised rosemary, dried olive and gin-soaked orange peel. It sounds sexy and Mediterranean and that’s exactly the way we like it. See you at the bar/parlour.
The G&T ice cream parlour will open June 9-11 at The Hoxton hotel, 81 Great Eastern St, EC2A 3HU.
