London Zoo is home to many weird and wonderful creatures, as we all know, but any animal lover will be pleased to hear that some even more wild characters will be represented at this year's ZSL Animal Photography Exhibition. The winners of the annual photography competition have just been announced, and these and many more stunning snaps of the animal kingdom are now on show in the zoo's exhibition until February 28 2016. The image above is the Adult category's Judges Choice – Andy Skillen lay in the waters of an Alaskan lake to catch the female grizzly bear patrolling the beach nearby.
