The worst thing about Christmas is that people start getting ‘creative’ with brussels sprouts. They’re everywhere: in juices, in festive sushi boxes (true story) and now they’re on a pizza. To be fair though, this pizza looks pretty good. A Christmas special from the highly rated Yard Sale Pizza, the shredded sprouts are paired with pancetta, mozzarella, sriracha mayo and double-smoked garlic. We especially like the sound of that double-smoked garlic, but we advise you to never, ever to try to snog anyone after eating this pizza.
The Yard Sale x DJ BBQ brussels sprout pizza is available until the end of December 2017 at all of Yard Sale Pizza’s London branches. £1 from every pizza sold goes to Streetsmart and the Felix Project.
