The second branch of sleek boutique gym ONE LDN has arrived in the City, but they’re not just sticking to the same ol’ script of cardio and strength-based classes. They’re planning to bring ‘da heat’ with the UK’s first ever hip hop hot yoga class. It’ll be based on vinyasa flow and infrared heat will be used to warm the studio up to 35 degrees – phew!
