On July 26, one of our favourite new bars is welcoming all comers to a cocktail class with real class. Head to Ceviche Old Street at 5pm (it’s a Sunday) and waiting for you will be chef-patron Martin Morales and his bar team. For the next hour they’ll teach you how to make cocktails using pisco, Peru’s national spirit. It costs just a tenner, which includes two drinks (one of which you make yourself).
