Sweat out your nostalgia at a ‘Stranger Things’ workout

Did you spend the weekend with your glutes glued to your sofa binging all nine episodes of Stranger Things 2? Of course you did. Now it’s time to rub those square eyes and work off all that Netflix-induced lactic acid. But you won’t have to stray too far from the Upside Down, because someone has gone and invented a Stranger Things fitness session.

Another Space in Seven Dials is running a Cycle 45-themed ride tomorrow to a soundtrack of Stranger Things 2-era hits, where you can pedal off those Eggos to the sound of Michael Jackson, Kiss and Duran Duran. Basically, it’s a 1980s cycle session that takes a backie on the success of the series. And no, you won't be given one of those retro BMX bikes. But it is a good excuse to extend your TV obsession into real life.
