TfL has come up with an alternative 'mind the gap' warning

Forget 'Mind the gap', there's a new warning on our tube platforms: 'Caution gap'. Okay, it doesn't have the ring of our classic hazard sign. And yes, it's totally lacking a comma, which makes it sound like a gap of caution, along the lines of an 'expectation gap'. But it's big, it's noticeable and it comes with a handy diagram, explaining exactly how gaps work. It's a bit like the invention of the internet, or the Industrial Revolution - the world is changing, and there's nothing we can do about it.

It's not just the underground that's changing - Boris Bikes are getting swanky new laser lights.

And have you seen the new tubemoji app?
