Grab your reading glasses, Potterheads. There is now an Official Wizarding World Book Club.

It's been 20 years since the publication of ‘Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone’ in the UK (which makes us all feel like wrinkly old prunes) and to celebrate, Pottermore, the official online home of all things Harry Potter, is launching a global book club.

The aim is to bring returning readers and those who have never read a Harry Potter book before together for conversations online while they all read the same book at the same time.

Members will be reading a new book every couple of months, as well as material on Pottermore which has been created specifically for the club.

More info and an exact start date is TBC, but we're ready. To quote Hermione Granger, ‘I've learned all the course books by heart, of course. I just hope it will be enough.’

Love book clubs and Harry Potter? Emma Watson has been hiding books on the tube and no one noticed.
