Remember Boris Johnson? What a hilarious mayor he was – forever bulldozing children and saying inappropriate things in his blustery posh voice meaning he could sort of get away with it. Always had us in stitches, that guy.
The pressure has been on his successor, then, to step up to the plate and deliver some LOL-worthy bants, and we can safely say that Sadiq Khan has just smashed it out of the park.
During our interview for this week’s magazine, which also celebrates the launch of Time Out's Love London Awards, the mayor revealed that he used to do a stand-up routine for Labour party fundraisers, and in the big zinger of his set (which you can see in the video above) he takes aim at health secretary Jeremy Hunt.
