Time Out says

Get set for what's sure to be the biggest sports party the capital's ever seen with the Team GB victory parade. All of the sportsmen and women who competed at London 2012's Olympic and Paralympic Games will be invited to take part in the event, schools are being urged to let children attend, royalty will be out in force and, hopefully, the sun will shine. Consisting of 21 floats, arranged by sport, with each carrying around 40 athletes, the parade will start at Mansion House at 1.30pm, then pass along Queen Victoria Street and Cannon Street towards St Paul's Cathedral, then via Ludgate Hill, Fleet Street and the Strand to Trafalgar Square. The final stretch of the parade, along the Mall, will be a ticketed area set aside for groups who have made a contribution to the Games, including volunteers, military personnel and support staff. Live commentary will be shown on the big screen in Trafalgar Square. Large crowds are expected along the route and extensive road closures will be in operation.
