London, 1940, the Blitz. With the country’s morale at stake, untried screenwriter Catrin (Gemma Arterton) and a makeshift cast and crew work under fire to shoot a film to lift the nation’s flagging spirits and inspire America to enter the war.
She’s partnered with fellow screenwriter Tom (Sam Claflin) and eccentric actor Ambrose (Bill Nighy). The trio set off to make a film that will warm the heart of the British nation and capture the imagination of the US public.
Members are invited to an exclusive preview screening at Vue Piccadilly on April 18.
The film opens nationwide on April 21.
