Explosive fun for the kids this half term as children get a chance each day to launch rockets at a model of Fort McHenry, recreating the moment in 1812 when Congreve fired rockets at the fort. Kids can also take a tour to learn about early military rockets , experience mad science propulsion demonstrations using household items, and take part in rocket-craft worshops.
