Hello, Chicago. An essential night at Corsica, as Curtis 'Cajmere' Jones plays an uber-rare London set to celebrate a retrospective of his Cajul Records label. Both he and the label have been instrumental in shaping the experimental sound of modern Chicago house and tech (Cajmere's timeless 'Percolator' track has been remixed to high heaven this year by countless hot producers), and tonight he's supported by excellent acid-funk up-and-comer FunkinEven, as well as BTC residents Joe Hart and Rik Moran.
