Celebrating David Fanshawe

A celebration concert for composer David Fanshawe (1942-2010) is presented by the London Chorus, Bournemouth Symphony Chorus and Youth Chorus, Vasari Singers, Yorkshire Philharmonic Choir, BackBeat Percussion, Southbank Sinfonia, soprano Maureen Braithwaite and conductors Jeremy Backhouse, Ronald Corp and Neville Creed. The programme includes 'Fanfare to Planet Earth'; 'La Dame Étrange'; 'Dover Castle'; 'Tarka the Otter' - Overture; Serenata; English Suite; Songs for Children; 'Lament of the Seas'; 'Trafalgar'; 'African Sanctus'; and 'Dona Nobis Pacem'.
