Chris Difford/Glenn Tilbrook

For the first time in almost 20 years, Squeeze's songwriting partnership will hit the road and perform together as a duo. The combination of Tilbrook – the master songwriter who provided the high, tenor counterpoint of the band – and Difford – with his gruff baritone – is an enticing prospect, particularly as the pair will be performing classic Squeeze tracks ('Cool for Cats', anybody?) and their own solo material, as well as some indulging in some informal conversation and tales from their 40-year career.
