Claude Deppa's Horns Unlimited

Trumpeter Claude Deppa was part of the second wave of South African jazz immigrants in the late '70s and, since then, he's worked with the likes of Dudu Puwana, Art Blakey, Archie Shepp and Fela Kuti. He appears here with his 10-piece 'Horns Unlimited' section to deliver an Afro-jazz and soul-funk concoction that throws in a little reggae and salsa for good measure.
