This NYE proposition from underground, bass-hungry south London party crew Deadly Rhythm has all the makings of a sneaky gem of a night. Held at the Amersham Arms pub in south London (that's below and a little to the left of east London, in case you're wondering), there's a sensible ticket price, no hyperbole and a focus on quality music. As well as the DR residents, secret guests are promised, and having hosted the likes of Actress, Four Tet, Joy Orbison, Kode9 and Martyn in the past, you can bet that whoever turns up – high profile or otherwise – will ravage the sound system in edgy style.
