Gilles Peterson presents Havana Cultura

Raw Cuban rhythms collides with urban music via reggaeton, salsa and beyond as globetrotting DJ Gilles Peterson brings Havana to Brixton tonight. Helping to celebrate the latest (second) instalment in his 'Havana Cultura' album series, he has assembled a live band featuring Roberto Carcassés, Danay Suarez, Osdalgia, Alexey (El Tipo Este) from Obsesión and Edrey from Ogguere, plus there's a special Nuyorican soul DJ set from Louie Vega, with Simbad backing it up on the decks.
