Good Friday Concert

Ismena (soprano, cello and piano) performs excerpts from Barber's 'Hermit Songs' and 'Cello Sonata'; Copland's 'Twelve Poems of Emily Dickinson'; Messiaen's "Quartet for the End of Time'; and Daryl Runswick's Scottish Ballads. Also includes 'Seasons', and the world premiere of 'Tarantella' by Ismena's cellist Mayda Narvey. (A reflective programme for Good Friday meditation.)
